Extravaganza Business Services wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Extravaganza Business Services:
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Extravaganza Business Services, can be returned to Extravaganza Business Services. Extravaganza Business Services products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Software Up-to-Date Products (software upgrades)
- Used items or cloud services credited by order items requested to be returned or refund
Partial refunds are not allowed. We provide free subscription plan for services available to customers to give them chance to check what they exactly get at the moment of order. We constantly improve our products and services to meet expectations of out customers.
You are responsible for deactivation of Extravaganza Business Services Cloud Services activated previously before submitting return or refund request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: You can only return items from one order at a time.
How to Return an Item
To return an item to Extravaganza Business Services, sign in to your Order Listing page with your Extravaganza Business Services Account and password.
After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, use the Start a Return link related to the order item and start the return process.
Confirm the item return process by using Confirm Return button.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in way depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- Refunds on products purchased from Extravaganza Business Services using Extravaganza Business Services Gift Cards will be issued to you as an Extravaganza Business Services Gift Card by email.
- Products paid for using your Extravaganza Business Services Account Balance will be refunded to your Extravaganza Business Services Account Balance.
- If you paid for any portion of item with your Extravaganza Business Services Account Balance, and are owned a refund for returning or cancelling it, we issue the portion of refund back to your Extravaganza Business Services Account Balance. However, we will issue this refund amount on an Extravaganza Business Services Gift Card by email if your Extravaganza Business Services Account Balance is at or near the maximum limit.
Note: Shipping cost, or bank or card transfer fee, or taxes payed are not refundable. The refunded amount of money will be reduced by the amount of costs incurred for external entities (e.g. the cost of banking or transport services).
Exchange an item
Items purchased in Extravaganza Business Services store are not exchangeable to other items.
Items ordered online from Extravaganza Business Services that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to Extravaganza Business Services the same way they were ordered.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Changes to the Refund and Returns Policy
Extravaganza Business Services may update this Return and Returns Policy from time to time. When Extravaganza Business Services does, Extravaganza Business Services will publish an updated version and effective date on this page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law. By continuing to use Extravaganza Business Services websites, products and services after a revision takes effect, it is considered that users have read and understand the changes.
