Basics
The Terms and Conditions are legal agreements that outline each party’s rights and obligations, including:
- what you can expect from us as your service provider,
- what we expect from you when you use the applicable product,
- our business practices.
Unless otherwise noted, the Terms and Conditions are global documents, intended to simplify contracting across regions.
Each Extravaganza Business Services Cloud products has either an associated Special Terms of Service or other online agreement. We seek to ensure consistency across the Terms and Conditions for all Extravaganza Business Services Cloud products, but each Specific Terms of Service includes provisions specifically applicable to the relevant Extravaganza Business Services Cloud product.
Organization
The Terms and Conditions are broadly organized in three general parts:
- The terms that describe the business and legal relationship between you and Extravaganza Business Services for your use of Extravaganza Business Services Cloud products, including definitions of key concepts.
- Additional terms, that are specific to one or more products and incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
- Region-specific terms that apply if your billing address is in the applicable region.
Special Terms of Service and Other Resources
Special Terms of Service are additional contractual terms as described above, covering topics such as data protection, support, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and acceptable use policies. We may update our Special Terms of Service, including when we launch new products and services, and to reflect new laws and regulations. The relevant Special Terms of Service, other policies, and resources for each product or service are applicable at Special Terms of Services.
Changes and Applicability
As our business practices and offerings evolve, we may make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will inform you of most material changes before they take effect, although some changes (e.g. that are required by law, or apply to new functionality) will apply immediately. Your continued use of the products after any Terms and Conditions changes take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes.
